The form says “sent.” The inbox says nothing.
03
WordPress email keeps landing in spam
04
Plugin or theme conflict
Conflicts can stop buttons, editors, forms, searches, carts, and account pages without taking the whole site offline. We reproduce the fault, isolate the conflicting code, and repair or replace the smallest responsible part.
05
Locked out of WordPress admin
A dead password reset, security lockout, broken login URL, or lost administrator role should not cost you the site. After ownership is verified, we restore access and leave a login path you control.
06
Slow WordPress pages
We measure where the delay occurs before installing another performance plugin. Large images, heavy queries, uncached pages, background jobs, third-party scripts, and inadequate hosting need different fixes.
07
500 errors and database faults
Internal server errors, database connection messages, corrupted tables, and partial dashboard failures can share a symptom while needing very different repairs. We check the logs, configuration, and database before changing anything.
08
Contact forms and email not sending
A successful form notice does not prove delivery. We test the form, WordPress mail, SMTP or delivery provider, SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment, mailbox filtering, and logs. The job ends with an external delivery test you can verify.
09
WordPress site migration
We copy the files and database, correct URLs and paths, test the new hosting, and plan the switch so the old site remains available until the replacement is proven. Existing email service stays outside the move unless it is explicitly included.
10
Lost pages or content
Deleted pages, overwritten posts, and bad restores may still exist in revisions, database snapshots, host backups, or caches. We recover what is available, explain any gap honestly, and put a working backup routine in place.
11
Broken layout or mobile menu
Collapsed columns, missing navigation, changed fonts, oversized images, and editor output that no longer matches the live page can come from a theme, builder, cache, or CSS conflict. We fix the cause without rebuilding unrelated pages.
12
WooCommerce checkout failure
Empty carts, failed payments, missing shipping rates, stuck orders, and broken transactional email cost money while the rest of the site appears fine. Revenue-blocking WooCommerce faults are treated as emergencies.
How we diagnose a broken WordPress site
We start with the symptom, the time it began, and any change that happened beforehand. Then we check the relevant logs, backups, WordPress configuration, plugins, theme, database, DNS, mail path, or hosting layer. A backup is taken before repair work.
You receive a flat price for the incident before work begins. The repair includes a check that the original task works again, a check that the fix did not break the surrounding site, and a plain-English explanation of what happened.
WordPress email repair gets its own delivery test
Contact forms and order emails fail in ways that are easy to misread. The form can save a submission, display a success message, and still fail to deliver an email. Installing an SMTP plugin is not proof that the whole route works.
We check the form recipient and sender settings, the WordPress mail call, the SMTP or delivery provider connection, SPF and DKIM records, DMARC alignment, logs, bounce information, and destination mailbox rules. When a provider such as Brevo is appropriate, it is configured as part of the repair rather than added blindly.
The final test is sent to an address outside the website’s own domain so the result does not rely on an internal shortcut. Password resets, WooCommerce notices, and contact form messages are checked according to the fault you reported.
What to send when you are not sure what broke
Start with the page address and the task that should work. Include the exact error message if one appears, the time the fault began, and any update or hosting change just beforehand. A screenshot is helpful, but a technical explanation is not required.
Do not send passwords through the public form. If the repair goes ahead, temporary access is arranged separately after you approve the price. That keeps diagnosis, permission, and secure access in the right order.
Not on the list? Send the symptom anyway.
If the problem belongs with your host, email provider, domain registrar, or another specialist, we will say so. If it belongs with us, we will name the next step and the price.
