We read the symptom
We identify the most likely repair path and ask only for information that changes the diagnosis.

You do not need the technical diagnosis. One or two sentences about the symptom, the page affected, and what changed is enough to begin.

A repair request can begin with a slow page, missing order email, repeated security warning, broken mobile menu, failed update, checkout problem, unfamiliar redirect, or a dashboard message you do not understand. Waiting for a total outage usually makes the business impact larger, not the diagnosis easier.
If the issue is urgent, say what the site is preventing right now: customers cannot pay, staff cannot log in, visitors see a warning, or the whole site is unavailable. That helps us separate an inconvenience from an active business incident.

We identify the most likely repair path and ask only for information that changes the diagnosis.
02
We work out what the job actually takes. You are never asked to classify the problem or size the work yourself.
03
You receive the price, the access needed, and when work can start. Nothing is changed and no charge is created until you approve.
04
Once approved, temporary access is arranged separately. Passwords do not belong in the public form or an ordinary support email.
05
After the repair, we test the original task, check nearby functions, and send a plain-English explanation of the cause and fix.
