What WordPress repairs cost

The examples show where a request usually begins. Send the symptom even when you are unsure—we confirm the price before work starts.

Small Fix

One contained task

$30flat

A simple, limited adjustment that takes less than 30 minutes to complete.

Examples include

  • Change text on an existing page
  • Swap out an image
  • Update business hours or a phone number
  • Add or rename a menu link
  • Minor CSS or spacing tweak

Base scope: one contained repair and a quick verification that the task works again. Technical issues listed under Standard Repair start at Standard pricing, even if the eventual fix takes less than 30 minutes.

Diagnosis and repair

$60starting at

Problems that require technical diagnosis, troubleshooting, or more involved repair. Anything involving plugins, Apache configuration or directives — including SSI and SHTML — WordPress core or backend functionality, general PHP, and software conflicts starts here.

Examples include

  • Contact form or WordPress email not sending
  • Plugin or theme conflict after an update
  • Broken mobile menu or responsive layout
  • Dashboard, login, or update error
  • Slow page requiring targeted diagnosis

Base scope: diagnosis, repair, testing of the reported task, and a plain-English explanation.

Emergency Service

Priority site rescue

$200starting at

For an issue you want addressed immediately and resolved as soon as possible. The starting price includes a $140 rush premium plus one hour of technician time.

Examples include

  • Site down, white screen, or critical error
  • Hacked site, malware, spam, or redirects
  • WooCommerce checkout or payment outage
  • Database connection or failed restore
  • Business-critical form, booking, or account failure

Base scope: priority triage, immediate business-function recovery, verification, and first stability steps. Repairs requiring more than the included hour cost extra. $200 is the starting charge, not a fixed price for resolving every emergency. Priority service does not guarantee resolution within one hour.

Describe your problem

Clear scope: these prices cover the base repair described above. Additional unrelated faults, improvements, or protection options are shown separately in the inquiry and are never added without approval.

Optional additions

Fix the immediate problem—or improve what caused it.

The intake can also identify useful follow-up work. Recommendations remain optional and are quoted separately, so the low entry price stays clear.

Included with every accepted repair

The price includes verification, not just a quick click.

We protect the site before changes, test the original task afterward, and leave a clear record of what failed and what was repaired.

✓Backup before repair work
✓Price approved before changes
✓Diagnosis of the reported incident
✓Original task tested again
✓Nearby functions checked
✓Plain-English repair note
✓14 days of same-fault cover
✓No fix, no fee on accepted work

What counts as one incident?

One problem and the damage caused by that problem.

If one plugin caused a white screen and also damaged two connected page functions, restoring the site and repairing those connected effects can remain one incident. A separate redesign, migration, feature build, or unrelated second fault is quoted separately.

Payment and approval

You see the price before work begins.

Nothing recurring is created by a one-time repair. Optional additions are itemized separately. If we accept an incident but cannot repair it, you do not pay a diagnostic charge or part of the quoted repair price.

One or two sentences is enough. We will review the issue, confirm the price, show any optional recommendations separately, and send the next step.
